BACKGROUND (HISTORY)
Faiwol Investors is 100% nationally owned entity by people from the Olsobip LLG in the North Fly District of Western Province in Papua New Guinea. The company was incorporated on the 11th of January 1983 as an investment company to participate in the spin off business activities with the operation of OK Tedi Mine. It may well be the first nationally owned cleaning company in PNG to be providing cleaning services for more than 35 years.
In 1984, a year after incorporation, Faiwol Investors Limited was awarded the contract for office janitorial and garbage collection services. In 1988, OK Tedi Mine Limited extended its scope and included septic pumping services. Water Blasting was also included in 2011 to further expand its scope of services provided mainly to OTML.
The company has been in the cleaning business for over 30 years and is currently conducting business in the Western Province, and is looking for opportunities to branch out to other provinces within the cleaning business as well as diversifying into viable business opportunities.
